1. Registration & Eligibility
By submitting the registration form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Registration is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Claude Training reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion.
2. Payment
Payment terms and pricing will be communicated via the confirmation email sent after registration. Full payment must be received before attending any training session. Prices are subject to change without notice for future sessions.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future session. No-shows forfeit all fees paid.
4. Session Changes
Claude Training reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions. In the event of cancellation by Claude Training, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, exercises, and content provided during the seminar are the intellectual property of Claude Training and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
6. Recording & Photography
Sessions may be recorded by Claude Training for quality and educational purposes. Participants may not record sessions without express written consent. By attending you consent to being included in any recordings or photographs taken by Claude Training.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors and fellow attendees. Claude Training reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this standard without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Claude Training's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your participation.
9. Privacy
Information collected during registration is used solely to facilitate your participation and communicate with you about the training. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the seminar is held. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
